a steady guard with scoring touch and perimeter range
Ajmal Gordon is a Savannah State guard whose best pro-style calling card is efficiency from deep: in the 2003-04 season, he shot 37.5% from three while averaging 6.3 points in 17.4 minutes per game. He also brings a low-turnover, role-player profile with modest assist numbers, suggesting he fits best as a complementary backcourt piece rather than a primary creator. The stat line points to a compact, dependable scorer who can space the floor and keep possessions clean, making him a reasonable fit for a team that needs shooting and guard depth.[1]
