Shelby Westler is a timely, RBI-producing infield bat for Ohio
In the 2026 season, Shelby Westler has shown she can come through in pressure spots for Ohio, with RBI hits in conference play including a double and a single that drove in runs against Kent State and Marshall. A versatile 5'6" infielder, she brings the kind of line-drive, run-producing profile coaches value: contact, situational hitting, and the ability to move traffic. Her earlier background already hinted at a high-ceiling bat, and the current Ohio run suggests she’s translating that promise into dependable production.
