Versatile Rebel lineman with veteran polish and brains to match
In the 2007 season, Tim Goins stood out as a versatile, experienced UNLV offensive lineman who had already played multiple spots before settling at left guard, where he started all 12 games the previous year and earned preseason third-team All-MWC notice from Phil Steele. Reliable, smart, and durable, his profile pointed to a technician more than a headline-maker: strong academics, long-term line versatility, and a steadying presence in the trenches. If you value a dependable interior blocker who can adapt and help stabilize an OL room, he fits nicely.
