proven Lehigh DL with backfield production and all-conference upside
Tyler Cavenas has shown the kind of disruptive interior/edge presence coaches love: in Lehigh’s 12-game season, he started every game, finished fourth on the team in tackles, and led the Mountain Hawks in both sacks and tackles for loss; earlier in his career, he posted 8.5 TFL and 3.5 sacks in a season that earned him second-team All-Patriot League recognition. That profile suggests a dependable, high-motor defender who consistently finds the backfield, making him a strong fit for a team that values production, toughness, and game-to-game reliability.
