Journeyman LB with Proven Tackling Grit, Limited College Production
Nick Ricks, a 5'11", 170lb linebacker, brings explosive athleticism (4.7 40-yard dash, 32" vertical) and high school tackling chops (3 solo tackles in 2 games as a sophomore in 2010-11 at Mount Airy), but his college career has been a whirlwind of limited snaps—20 stops with 1 sack in an unspecified season at Central Missouri, no action at Findlay (2014), and no stats at Adams State. No confirmed Eastern Illinois Panthers record; he's a high-motor, undersized hustler ideal for special teams or depth on run-heavy defenses, but lacks elite size or breakout production to start at Power 5 levels.
