Ball-hawking EKU DB with legit All-America pedigree
In the 2007 season, Derrick Huff was the definition of a playmaker for Eastern Kentucky, leading the nation with nine interceptions and earning OVC Defensive Player of the Year honors plus multiple All-America nods. His calling card is instincts: he reads quarterbacks well, shows up around the ball, and has the kind of confidence that changes a game with one snap. That ball-hawk mentality is exactly what you want if you need a disruptive defensive back who can swing momentum, though the available information points to his standout production coming from that 2007 campaign rather than current-season data.
