Brandon Henderson brings size, experience, and a resilience edge to ECU’s defensive line
Brandon Henderson is a big-bodied East Carolina defensive lineman at 6-foot-5 with a long track record of perseverance, which matters because his appeal goes beyond raw measurables. ECU’s roster notes describe him as a resilient performer who battled injuries and coaching changes, and that kind of bounce-back mentality can be gold for a team looking for toughness in the trenches. In the 2016 junior-college season, he logged 32 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and 2 sacks, showing disruptive upside when he’s healthy and locked in. He looks like a fit for a program that values depth, physicality, and low-drama grit.
