a veteran Maryland WR whose value is all about trust, toughness, and special-teams grit
Regis Whittington is a seasoned Maryland wideout whose appeal is less about flashy box-score pop and more about reliability, work rate, and doing the dirty jobs that coaches love. Maryland’s roster history shows him as a multi-year contributor who even switched roles, moved between defensive back and receiver, and earned scout-team special-teams praise—clear signs of versatility and buy-in. He’s the kind of player who can help a room with professionalism and edge, even if he isn’t the headline-grabbing stat leader.
