De'Montrez Burroughs is a big-play South Carolina State target with proven scoring juice
Burroughs profiles as a **high-impact WR1** for South Carolina State: ESPN lists him at 59 career catches, 1,204 receiving yards, and 15 touchdowns, and multiple reports highlight a breakout game with 7 catches for 140 yards and 5 touchdowns, showing rare end-zone finishing ability.[1][4] At 6-2 and 218 pounds, he brings a power-built frame for a receiver and has already earned MEAC Offensive Player of the Week recognition, which fits a player who can tilt games rather than just pile up routine production.[3][8]
