depth-piece linebacker with limited public production
Whitlow is listed as a Howard Bison linebacker, but public stat pages show little documented on-field production so far, with Howard’s roster page listing no season statistics and Fanstake showing 3 assisted tackles, 0 solo tackles, and 0 sacks. His value is harder to measure from numbers alone, so the key question is whether he can translate practice consistency, special-teams effort, and physical development into a bigger defensive role. Based on the available data, he looks more like a developmental fit than a proven impact starter right now.
