Ador Athuai brings rare size and rim protection to Binghamton
Athuai is a long, defense-first center with uncommon length for the level — listed at 6-foot-11 with a 7-foot-5 wingspan — and Binghamton has described him as an active shot blocker who can finish around the basket and play with energy[8][12]. In the 2022-23 season, he appeared in four games and had a season-high three points against Maryland[1]. He looks like a fit for a team that wants interior length, mobility, and low-ego rim protection more than high-usage scoring, though his production profile suggests he has been more of a depth piece than a featured post option so far[1][4].
