Jacksonville State’s Intense 2026 SR RHP with Elite Strikeout Ability and Game-Changing Presence
Connor Brooks, a senior right-handed pitcher from Brandon, Mississippi, is Jacksonville State’s most intense and reliable arm in the 2026 season, known for his elite strikeout ability (13 Ks in 17.1 innings in 2025) and a .238 opposing batting average that signals elite control. Unlike typical pitchers, Brooks brings a rare intensity level and a ‘closer’ mentality—he’s the guy you trust in high-leverage spots, with no injury history and a personality that elevates the entire team’s energy. His differentiator is his ability to dominate with velocity and precision, making him a perfect fit for any team needing a high-impact, data-driven RHP who doesn’t just pitch but commands the mound. Why care? He’s the kind of pitcher who turns games, and teams that draft him gain a leader, not just a player.
