Janis Beal brings scoring punch and veteran shot-making to Southern Utah
In her Southern Utah years, Janis Beal was a perimeter threat who could catch fire quickly, evidenced by games like 20 points against Utah Valley and 16 points with 3 assists and 5 steals versus Utah State in the 2003-04 season. She stood out for her outside shooting, competitive edge, and ability to contribute across the box score, not just score; reports also note she earned All-Mid-Continent Conference honors in 2005. If a team wants a guard with toughness, range, and a proven knack for timely buckets, Beal checks that box.
