No Current Norfolk State DL - Historic NIC-10 & IU Legend from 1980s
No active Leonard Bell appears on Norfolk State Spartans' DL roster for recent seasons; this likely references the 1980s Jefferson High star, NIC-10's No. 11 greatest player ever, who rushed 7th in league (1980-81), earned All-Big Ten honorable mention at Indiana (296 career tackles, 9 INTs), and was drafted by the Bengals in 1987—highlighting elite athleticism, wrestling toughness, and NFL potential as Jefferson's first HOF athlete, though irrelevant for today's recruiting.
