CJ Turner brings reliable special-teams value and steady depth to Southeastern Louisiana
Turner is a hard-nosed, versatile football player whose profile is built more on reliability than flash: in his recent college seasons at Tulsa, he logged 11 games in 2025 with 8 tackles and one quarterback hurry, after appearing in 11 career games overall and earning academic all-conference recognition.[1][4] His measured production, plus a strong motor and solid durability, suggest a dependable depth piece who can contribute on defense and special teams rather than a headline-grabbing stat-stuffer.[1][4][6]
