John Kelly Jr. — Explosive but the wrong player for Kansas
The John Kelly tied to football in the available sources is a former Tennessee running back and NFL player, not a Kansas Jayhawks athlete, so there is no reliable evidence that he is currently on Kansas’s roster.[2][4][5][6] As a player, he was known for burst, balance, and pass-game utility, with college flashes like a 141-yard rushing game and 96 receiving yards against Florida, but his profile now reads as an experienced pro back rather than a current college fit.[5] If you meant a different John Kelly at Kansas, I’d need the correct roster info to evaluate his current performance and fit.
