Proven, Versatile DB With Starter-Level Production
Anthony Ruffin has already shown he can handle meaningful defensive snaps, leading Lamar in 2021 with 43 tackles and 28 solo stops while starting all six games at strong safety. That kind of early production suggests a defender with reliable run support, willingness to play physical, and the versatility to be trusted in multiple situations. If you need a DB who competes, tackles, and brings steady presence rather than just flash, Ruffin is the type of fit that can help stabilize a secondary.
