Southern’s RB with a name to watch, but limited current data
Kevin Matthews is listed as a Southern University Jaguars running back, but publicly available current production data is sparse, so the scouting read is light on concrete stat-line fireworks. The main thing to know: he’s on the roster and in the mix at a program that has leaned on the ground game, which means any real value will come from how well he can carve out carries, pass protection, and special-teams impact. If you’re evaluating fit, think upside depth piece first—useful if he brings burst, toughness, and reliability, less of a headline grabber until game reps prove otherwise.
