Anya Choice gives UCSB a steady, senior backcourt spark
In the 2024-25 season, Anya Choice was a reliable two-way guard for UC Santa Barbara, starting 29 of 31 games and averaging 5.8 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.2 assists in 21.5 minutes per game while shooting 39.0% from the field and 76.4% at the line. Her value goes beyond the box score: she’s experienced, poised, and versatile enough to contribute as a connector, not just a scorer. She also showed shot-making upside, including a perfect 3-for-3 three-point night late in the season. If a team wants a calm veteran guard who won’t rattle under pressure, she fits.
