Charlotte’s veteran QB with a coaching-room feel
Dylan Ratliff is a former Charlotte quarterback who brought the kind of experience and football IQ coaches love; his Charlotte bio notes he joined the 49ers in 2018, while ESPN’s current player page shows no 2026 game production, so his on-field profile is more about depth, familiarity, and system knowledge than stat-sheet fireworks.[1][2][6] He’s the type of player who can stabilize a room, understands the program, and adds value even when the numbers are quiet—useful if your team wants a smart, steady presence rather than a splashy headline-maker.[1][2][12]
