CFL Backup QB with Elite Pro-Style Precision and National Championship Pedigree
Chase Brice is currently the backup quarterback for the BC Lions in the CFL, having re-signed in February 2026 on a two-year extension, but his true differentiator lies in his elite pro-style precision, 6,258 passing yards, and 54 touchdowns at Appalachian State, combined with a national championship pedigree from Clemson. While he no longer plays college football, his intensity level is unmatched, his personality is calm under pressure, and he brings a rare blend of FBS experience (62 career games) and CFL adaptability. If you're building a team that values leadership, tactical IQ, and a winner’s mindset, Brice is a perfect fit—even as a backup, he elevates the entire offense with his calm demeanor and clutch decision-making.
