lefty with a starter’s frame, but still searching for consistency
Fraser is a 6-foot-1, 191-pound left-handed pitcher from Camas, Wash., who logged limited but intriguing flashes for Oregon State in the 2025 season, including four appearances, two starts, a 5.40 ERA, and a season-high seven strikeouts in four innings against Oregon[2][5]. His profile is built on the classic lefty look and some swing-and-miss ability, but the run prevention and control numbers show he still needs polish, and by June 2026 he had entered the transfer portal after not appearing in the 2026 season[1][4].
