Physical, high-motor linebacker with proven production at Albany
In the 2023 season, Jahlil Johnson appeared in 15 games for Albany and posted 32 tackles, including two sacks, showing he can be a steady rotational piece with disruption upside. He’s the kind of linebacker who brings effort and bite—his high school production at Aquinas was eye-popping, with 113 total tackles, 7.5 sacks and 10.3 tackles per game in 2021-22, which hints at a player who finds the ball fast. Johnson looks like a fit for teams wanting a physical, dependable defender with pass-rush juice and a track record of making impact plays in big moments.
