Paul Cox brings pro upside, but current football impact is unclear
The available information does not clearly identify a current Mississippi Valley State Delta Devils wide receiver named Paul Cox, so I can’t responsibly grade his 2026 on-field performance or rankings from the provided sources. The closest verified football profile is a former Mississippi Valley State receiver Paul Cox who signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2012, which suggests prior pro-level talent and a receiver who had enough playmaking ability to draw NFL interest. If you mean a different Paul Cox, send the correct roster link or year and I’ll turn this into a sharper fit-and-impact evaluation.
