Logan Winkelman is flashing real lefty utility for Minnesota
Logan Winkelman is a 6-foot-3, 200-pound left-handed pitcher for Minnesota who has already shown swing-and-miss ability in 2026, including a two-inning, five-strikeout outing in a win over South Dakota State and a seven-strikeout performance against North Dakota State. His differentiator is quick-impact bullpen value: he can miss bats, throw strikes, and give the Gophers clean middle innings without a lot of drama. If you want a live arm with some real bite and a strong competitor’s edge, he looks like a useful fit.
