High-tackle pedigree, instinctive linebacker profile
Demorian Smith enters the conversation as a linebacker with a proven tackling résumé and a productive prep background, including 244 career tackles and 116 stops in his senior season at South Creek, which points to real chase-down instincts and physicality. He’s the kind of player who should appeal to teams looking for a tone-setter in the middle: active, durable, and comfortable around the football. Publicly available sources in the current data set do not provide reliable 2025-26 college stat totals for him, so the best read is that his value lies in his instincts, effort, and production profile rather than flashy box-score pop.
