Colorado State safety Kavapele Maka brings veteran depth and dependable run support
Kavapele Maka is a seasoned Colorado State safety whose game is built on reliability, not flash—he has 7 career tackles in the 2017-18 seasons, including 4 in 2018, plus a fumble recovery that shows he can finish plays when they come his way[1][2][6]. At 6-1 and 185 pounds, he profiles as a sturdy, instinctive defensive back with special-teams value and a steady presence in the back end, though he has not put up interception or splash-play numbers[3][4][12].
