Texas Tech’s Baylen Brown brings veteran versatility and captain energy up front
In the 2026 season context, Baylen Brown is a senior 6-foot-5, 305-pound offensive lineman for Texas Tech who served as one of the team captains and started all 12 games across multiple spots, including left guard, right tackle, and left tackle[1]. That kind of positional flexibility is gold for a staff that wants stability and toughness, and it suggests Brown is trusted as a plug-and-play veteran rather than a one-position specialist[1]. He looks like a fit for teams that value experience, communication, and leadership in the trenches, not just raw size.
