LaRa'e Allen brings steady two-way frontcourt value for EKU
LaRa'e Allen looks like a useful, defense-first forward with real rotation value: in the 2024-25 season she played in all 29 games, started 18, and averaged 4.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 0.7 blocks while shooting 39.9% from the field and 32.1% from three, suggesting a player who can defend, rebound, and stretch the floor a bit without needing touches to stay impactful.[4] For a roster, her appeal is versatility and reliability rather than high-usage scoring, and her consistent game availability makes her a low-drama fit for teams that want length, activity, and selfless role acceptance.[4]
