Transfer DB Bringing Versatility and Special Teams Fire to Davidson
Nick Jako, a 6-0, 170-pound safety, transferred to Davidson after earning two varsity letters at Lake Forest College, where he snagged MWC Special Teams Performer of the Week honors on Oct. 7, 2024, showcasing elite coverage instincts and hustle. A three-year Servite High standout with multi-sport athleticism from baseball, basketball, and lacrosse, his high-motor play and academic All-MWC smarts make him a plug-and-play special teams ace and depth defender—perfect for teams needing gritty, reliable DBs who elevate units without drama.
