Lauren Cooper brings steady two-way depth for the Lady Griz
In the 2024-25 season at Hamline, Lauren Cooper appeared in 26 games with one start, averaging 4.5 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting .304 from three and .667 at the line; she also showed impact plays with an 11-point season high, multiple eight-rebound games and three steals in a win over Concordia-M'head. The appeal is her versatility: she can space the floor, rebound from the wing, and chip in on defense without needing the ball to be effective. That profile makes her a useful fit for a team needing reliable, low-maintenance frontcourt depth and hustle.
