Efficient, Reliable Frontcourt Piece for the Salukis
Bronson Verhines was a steady Southern Illinois forward in his lone SIU season, appearing in 27 games in 2013-14 despite missing time with a sprained ankle, and he brought efficient scoring around the basket with a 52.5% field-goal rate. His value was consistency more than flash: modest box-score numbers, but dependable minutes, physical frontcourt play, and the kind of low-maintenance production coaches can plug into a system without needing the offense to run through him.
