Davidson LB Santino Cua: high-IQ, assignment-sound defender with roster depth value
Santino Cua is a linebacker for Davidson whose profile appears to be rooted more in disciplined, coachable defense than flashy production, with available team/roster sources not showing major recent stat-leader noise. His differentiators are likely reliability, toughness, and football IQ—traits that matter for a fit in a system that values gap integrity and consistency. Based on the limited public data available, he looks more like a role-player fit than a headline grabber, which can still be a strong asset for a program needing dependable depth and special-teams-ready linebacking.
