Macy Guebert brings veteran steadiness, perimeter defense, and efficient shot selection for South Dakota
In the 2022-23 season, Macy Guebert was a senior guard who started all 30 games for South Dakota, led the Coyotes in minutes, and earned a reputation as a lockdown defender assigned to the opponent’s top guard. She also gave the offense reliable spacing, shooting 38% from three and 88% from the free-throw line, while posting a strong assist-to-turnover ratio with 76 assists to 44 turnovers. If a team wants a tough, high-IQ guard who competes hard, defends first, and makes winning plays without needing the spotlight, she fits neatly.
