Naijee Jones brings veteran versatility and special-teams grit to Kent State
In the 2026 context, Naijee Jones profiles as an experienced Kent State defensive back whose value goes beyond box-score pop: he arrived from Rutgers with 38 career tackles, 1 interception, 3 passes defended, and a forced fumble, and he was noted as a mainstay on special teams after joining the Flashes[1].
