Brett Leonard brings Illinois a classic floor-general profile with Chicagoland toughness
Brett Leonard is a Glenview, Ill., guard whose Illinois background and point-guard pedigree point to a steady, team-first lead guard style rather than flashy stat-padding. In her Illinois-era profile, she was a proven high-school winner, held the starting PG spot for multiple years at Glenbrook South, and helped guide a 77-11 stretch while earning all-league and honorable mention All-America recognition. The fit question is simple: if you want a composed organizer with local roots, leadership, and competitive edge, Leonard checks the boxes.
