Brian Burnette brings veteran edge size and program fit to Richmond
Brian Burnette is a Richmond defensive end whose best value comes from his experience and fit as a physical edge presence; Richmond lists him as a DE, but publicly available search results do not show current-season game stats, rankings, or detailed recent production for 2026, so the picture is more about roster role than box-score impact. His recruiting background and multi-position football history suggest toughness and versatility, and he’s the kind of player who can appeal to a staff looking for a disciplined, effort-first defender rather than a headline-grabbing stat monster.[1][6]
