Bucknell’s young right-hander with flashes of swing-and-miss upside
In the 2025 season, Bucknell RHP AJ Murray showed the growing pains of a freshman arm, finishing with a 14.50 ERA in 18.0 innings across 13 appearances, but he also flashed real bite with scoreless outings against Lehigh that included four strikeouts in 2.2 innings. He’s a 6-1, 195-pound sophomore with a baseball family background and enough arm talent to keep intriguing evaluators; the next step is consistency, strike throwing, and turning those promising bursts into reliable weekend-inning impact.
