Lashondra Dixon-Gordon: Hampton Legend & Elite Guard Mentor
Lashondra Dixon-Gordon is not a current player but a legendary Hampton University women's basketball coach and former guard (1999–2003) who remains the program's second all-time leading scorer with 1,967 career points. Her differentiators include an intense, data-driven leadership style that has guided Hampton to NCAA Tournament success, and a personality defined by relentless work ethic and strategic brilliance. As a senior in 2003, she led the MEAC in scoring (18.2 PPG) and ranked third in 3-point percentage (.326). She is an ideal fit for any team seeking a mentor with proven championship experience, Hall of Fame credibility (2016 MEAC, 2026 Hampton), and a track record of developing elite guards.
