Montana State’s Vernon Williams: a depth-chart back with a program built around explosive rushing
Publicly available reporting and roster data do not show Vernon Williams as a featured producer for Montana State, so the strongest read is that he is currently a depth or developmental piece rather than a headline RB. For a fit, that means you’re evaluating a player in a run-first program with proven backfield success, but without enough public stat evidence to credibly call out elite production, rankings, or a defined national profile. In short: intriguing if you value upside and room to grow, but not yet a data-backed impact back.
