Clint Johnston is a vintage Alabama tight end with real two-way flashes
Clint Johnston’s Alabama profile points to a classic Crimson Tide TE with legitimate pass-catching upside and enough versatility to flex into different alignments; in his Alabama career, he logged 22 receptions for 225 yards and 3 touchdowns, showing he can be more than a body on the line. He stands out for toughness, reliable hands, and functional route value rather than pure splash-play athleticism, which makes him the kind of player coaches trust when details matter. If you want a dependable, scheme-flexible tight end who can fit a physical offense, he’s a worthwhile name to know.
