reliable Notre Dame wing with a proven scoring touch and veteran minutes
Ayers was a steady Notre Dame guard/wing who played in 117 career games, made 51 starts, and finished with a 6.5-point, 2.4-rebound average, with a career-high 35-point breakout showing real shot-making upside.[1][2] What separates him is less flash than dependability: he brought experience, size on the perimeter, and the kind of role-player versatility that helps a team stay organized and competitive.[1][6] If you want a guard who can spot up, compete, and provide mature rotation value, Ayers looks like a solid fit.[1][3]
