Arkansas’s veteran walk-on guard with a scrappy, low-usage profile
In the 2019-20 season, Ty Stevens was a 6-foot-2 Arkansas guard and second-year walk-on who appeared in five games, with his lone career points coming at Vanderbilt in 2018-19. He’s not a volume producer, but the differentiator is toughness and buy-in: he earned minutes through effort, attention to detail, and coach-trust rather than flashy box-score numbers. If you need a deep-bench guard who understands a program, competes, and won’t flinch when asked to do the unglamorous stuff, he fits the “culture glue” lane.
