Mike Taylor brings rangy DB instincts, but current Jacksonville State impact is unclear
Mike Taylor is listed as a defensive back for Jacksonville State, but the available public roster and stat pages do not show meaningful 2026 production yet. The key takeaway: he looks like a depth/swing piece rather than a proven headline-maker right now, so the fit question hinges on upside more than box-score output. If you want a defender with room to grow, Taylor is a name to monitor; if you need immediate, verified starting-level production, the public data does not yet make that case.
