Big-bodied WVU center with old-school rim presence
Makayla Stanley is a 6-foot-3 center for West Virginia whose value starts with size, interior physicality, and paint protection; she profiles as the kind of low-maintenance big who can change shot selection and give a team a sturdy defensive anchor. Her appeal is straightforward: if you need a traditional post who can battle inside, set a tone on the glass, and bring toughness, she fits the mold. The main question is fit and role clarity, since the available public profile is thin and there’s no widely cited recent stat line to lean on.
