Steve Wilson is a veteran Michigan corner with proven depth and special-teams value
Steve Wilson brings an experienced, physically mature presence at cornerback for Michigan, with the kind of fifth-year stability coaches value when they need dependable depth and disciplined coverage. Listed at 6-1, 215, he profiles as a bigger defensive back who can help in matchup situations and on special teams, and his Michigan bio notes Academic All-Big Ten recognition, which points to a reliable, coachable profile. He is more of a trusted role player than a headline-grabbing stat machine, but that can be exactly what a contender needs.
