Alex Wade offers North Alabama a steady left-side bat with some pop
In the 2026 season, Alex Wade has played in 24 games for North Alabama, and while the batting line is still light, he has shown enough versatility to log starts in the outfield and even make a relief-pitching appearance. Across his UNA career, he has flashed extra-base ability with three home runs and five doubles in 108 at-bats, which suggests there is more offensive ceiling than the surface average shows. He looks like a depth piece with multi-role value rather than a finished product, so a team would be buying into upside, flexibility, and development potential.
