Physical, assignment-sound linebacker with upside in the Penguins’ front seven
Kelly projects as a dependable, downhill linebacker who can help a defense with toughness, pursuit speed and willingness to play in traffic. Reliable public data on his Youngstown State production is limited in the search results, but his profile fits a fit-for-purpose LB who can stabilize the middle of a defense and thrive if asked to stack, shed and tackle consistently. If your team wants a linebacker built more on instincts, effort and contact balance than flash, he is the kind of player worth tracking.
