Raziel Velgis appears to be a former Arkansas State defensive back, not a current Red Wolves player
Raziel Velgis is not showing up as an active Arkansas State football DB in the available sources; the clearest record ties him to Arkansas State as a student-athlete who played football there, then later lists him as a periodontist who earned dual degrees from the university in 2015. Because there’s no verified current-season game log, ranking, or stat sheet for a football role, the safest takeaway is that this is not a current on-field evaluation case. If you’re scouting fit, the “signal” here is leadership-through-transition rather than a live defensive back profile.
