Reliable FCS WR with Proven Hands and Versatility from West Alabama Roots
CJ Savage, a wide receiver for Jacksonville State Gamecocks, transferred from the University of West Alabama after two seasons, redshirting in 2017 before contributing as a steady target with strong hands and multi-year high school accolades (three-time all-county, two-time all-region at Piedmont HS). His differentiator is blue-collar intensity and track background aiding speed, making him a low-risk, high-effort slot option ideal for teams needing dependable chain-movers without diva traits—perfect fit for developmental programs building depth at WR.
